Subscription Plans

Arrivio offers four primary subscription options:

• Free Trial (15 Days): Includes 250MB of storage.
• Basic Plan: $5/month or $50/year AUD – includes 2GB storage.
• Standard Plan: $10/month or $100/year AUD – includes 10GB storage.
• Pro Plan: $20/month or $200/year AUD – includes 50GB storage.
• Lifetime Plan (Limited): $999 AUD one-time – includes 250GB storage.

Storage Add-Ons (One-Time Purchase):

• 5GB: $15 AUD
• 10GB: $25 AUD
• 25GB: $50 AUD
• 50GB: $100 AUD
• 100GB: $200 AUD

Currency

All transactions are processed in Australian Dollars (AUD). International users are responsible for any currency conversion fees or rate variations.

Payment Methods

Payments can be made by Credit/Debit Card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or PayPal (where supported).

Billing & Auto-Renewal

• Monthly and Annual subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled before the end of the current billing cycle.
• Users will receive renewal reminders via email prior to renewal.
• Plans can be upgraded, downgraded (at next cycle), or canceled at any time.

Refunds

• No refunds are issued for Monthly, Annual, or Lifetime Plans once payment is processed.
• Add-on storage purchases are non-refundable.
• Refunds are not offered due to user inactivity or voluntary content deletion.
• If Arrivio discontinues its services, no compensation will be issued for remaining membership time or purchased storage.

In-App Purchase Fees

App store commissions (e.g., Apple 30%) may apply to in-app payments. Users acknowledge responsibility for these third-party charges.

Aria – AI-Driven User Assistance

Arrivio includes an AI-based guidance and support system referred to as “Aria.” Aria is designed to assist users with creating, managing, and enhancing their digital legacy experiences through conversational guidance, intelligent prompts, and content structuring. Aria may include AI-generated text, suggestions, and voice-based features.

While Aria is integrated as a core part of the Arrivio user experience, users should note the following:

• Aria does not make binding decisions on behalf of the user.
• Content generated or suggested by Aria should be reviewed by the user prior to publication.
• Aria may interact with users to suggest improvements to tribute pages, recordings, or written entries.

By using Arrivio, users consent to interactions with Aria, including any associated AI-driven processing, as described in our Privacy Policy. Any updates to Aria functionality will be noted in the platform and reflected in future versions of this policy.
